Had Burke scheduled to perform annual maintenance on my furnace, and discovered I nesed a new Induction motor. Also asked about a new Hot Water heater, Burke was back within hours with new Hot water heater and new Induction motor. Can't ask for any better service and very resonably priced. Been having Burke service Heater and A/C for years and look forward to using them for years to come!!

We had Burke Mechanical come out for a 2nd opinion on some work another heating cooling company did. We were charged way too much the 1st time they came out and it stopped working after a week. Called Burke Mechanical and they sent Joe the service technician out and he was Fantastic! He came the out the same day I called.
Joe said a fuse blew and replaced it and the AC is running great !
Joe also checked the items that the other company said they replaced. The invoice said they replace a new motor at the price of $518.40 per Joe it was not replaced. Also, charged us $467.00 for an acid wash cleaning. Don’t make a mistake like we did by using someone else.
Call Burke Mechanical 1st for honest reliable work.
Ask for Joe to come out you will be happy you did.

Even on the hottest day of the year, they responded quickly, showed up as promised and had my AC repaired the same day. They cleaned up and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction before they left. Best service experience I could have hoped for.

Flexible and reliable that is how I would describe Burke Mechanical. My Trane variable speed A/C is as quite as a mouse while running and shutting down.

Wow! This is what I have been looking for the last 20 years. About 4 years ago, I learned of Joe Burke of Burkes Mechanical. So Burkes in Shelby Twp, but the house that I need help with HAVC was in Livonia. I called at least 3 local ( Livonia, Redford, Plymouth, area) that didn't work out, a hundred thirty to just look at the HAVC, and I would have to wait for a week to get a service person out, and that was not a guarantee. I had met Joe at the Local Shelby Twp Lions. One call, one day later, he's in a service person all the way to Livonia to take care of the humidifier system and make sure the technician was working correctly.
Ok, so that was just one of the times that Joe from Burkes Mechanical sent his team to my house three times to help me get my hot water working again. The next day, I called. You can't bet these guys if you know anything about the HAVC company; good ones are few and far between. Call Burkes, you won't regret it. Tell that Pete sent you
